Assisted with development of the following countywide local hazard mitigation plans 

• Middlesex County, NJ 2015 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment development)
• Union County, NJ 2015 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update
• Developed HIRA for the four-county New Jersey Southern Delaware Valley Region (Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties) 2015 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update  
• Fort Bend County, TX 2011 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.

 In 2013 Epona assisted Anne Arundel County, Maryland with six HMGP applications for emergency backup generators for the Department of Public Works (DPW). Epona prepared all aspects of the applications including the benefit-cost analyses (FEMA BCA software, Version 4.8)
